I want to recorD ps3 gameplay. How do I do this.

Pretty sure you need a capture card. Depends on the input. e.g. HDMI, RCA A/V, HD A/V, VGA etc.

For high quality I recommend an HD PVR.
It's around 180-200 bucks but you get what you pay for.

Don't get a Dazzle, everyone who has had one has told me it's a pos.

You want a hauppauge. Dazzles suck major arse. These are what most pros use to record game play.
