So from what I've worked out, you can use a water encounter power 3 sandwich and get it to spawn every single time. So if you can manage to have a encounter power and shiny power 3 sandwich, it should be doable. It'' take a little longer than other shiny hunts but it's doable. I'm going to try doing it tonight, I'll let you know how it goes.

Also if you have a foreign Ditto, using the Masuda method to hatch a shiny may even be faster than sandwich hunting this.

Not done much of the story but 180/200 on the Pokédex. Just the trade evos and legendaries left mostly and a couple other oddities.

I am going to test and see if I can get a Feebas outbreak. Apparently some people are saying the Feebas spawns are bugged, but I think they're just shy and hide.

yeahhhh i was worried the isolated encounter method wigh sandwiches would be too finicky. i also dont have any herba mystica stored away and id rather not suffer trying to do online raids for it. :') looks like ill be doing the masuda method for it. last time i did the masuda method for shinies in s/v it took 6 hours each

Ii just completed the story and the pokedex. And in the process I just transferred over my shiny Milotic from Sword lol, I couldn't be bothered to do the hunt.

i'm almost done with my pokedex - just need to do the evolutions that involve trading! finished the main story yesterday and honestly i really enjoyed it. this dlc has surpassed my expectations - i just wish the performance wasnt what it was. ;n;
