Whenever they update the news I guess, don't know exact time

Unfortunately they have a really bad habit of doing it at utterly unpredictable times. I think people really determined to get gold will squat on the BTY page and wait for it to flip to a new challenge.

Certainly after noon NST, but that's as specific as I could imagine. Sorry.
