PayPal won't verify my identity?

Since I'm new on clraik, I decided to make a PayPal account, but I'm not allowed to add funds to the account because my identity isn't verified. I know some other people online have had this problem, but I can't really find any helpful information about how to resolve my issue.

I would feel a little more comfortable discussing details privately if anyone has heard of this and might have an answer or at least something for me to try! I'll gladly give rep, though I don't have much of course, I just really don't know what to do!

EDIT: Apparently the issue is that I recently turned 18, so PayPal is having issues with me being young x.x It looks like I'll have to send them documentation to verify my identy ugh! Thanks so much for helping me!

Paypal is zero help unless you call them lol. And if you used any fake information, they won't help.

That's what I've heard, but my friend didn't have to, so I didn't initially, but that might be the next thing to try!

And I've also used all of my real information, so that can't be an issue >.<

Other solution:
Australia and NZ paypals dont need to be verified to have funds in them. They also dont check the address, or name.

I think theres a limit to how much money you can send/recieve. But thats the only difference that I remember.
