    I'm used to seeing shitty things happen to other users at the courtesy of our dear TNT, and always thinking that my faith in this company was slowly dwindling. This is the first time anything has ever happened to me. I'm honestly disgusted and repulsed at how they're treating me with this issue right now, giving me an ultimatum of paying to have my account intact, or losing it for a year without an actual guarantee of it being returned to me safely. And honestly with TNT's fucked up track record, I wouldn't put it past them to start giving me the, "oh it's been too long, we can't give you your information back," when I finally do go to unfreeze it. That's the main reason why I do not want to have my account closed off. Knowing them, they'll never, ever give it back. And if I do transfer things, I risk them freezing me because that could be suspicious or whatever.

    This is so messed up... The customer should ALWAYS be right, I don't care how much they don't want to lose $70. Example: I was eating a restaurant with my family a month or so ago, and they forgot to add onions to the burger I had. The manager came out, apologized, and gave us our entire meal for free. They lost almost $100 because of a simple error, but they want us to come back so they refunded the entire meal for us. TNT is doing the exact opposite of this...

    @(you need an account to see links) You would think that TNT would treat their customers better than this shit. We are not valued at all, even though some of us spend hundreds on this site. I wanted to support something that had been in my life for over 10 years, something that I enjoyed a lot. I do not think that, after this experience, I will be supporting them much longer.

    Yes I went through this exact thing and got the exact same answer that you received which infuriated me to no fucking end.
    Here is a copy of my lovely run-in with them in which the ticket was declared closed about a month later...heh

    That is absolutely disgusting. How can you run a website and not know how to fully use it? Of course they can cancel the membership, lazy asses. If they aren't lazy or dumb then they must be really really money hungry for whatever reason.
