go google the component, download it, put into the same folder as your program and it's done.

it is prjChameleon.ocx not oxc, if you are manually registering it.
You need the prjChameleon.ocx file
To my knowledge this is how it usually works:
place it in your System32 folder or SysWOW64 folder if youre on 64bit win
then run the command regsvr32 prjChameleon.ocx
i know im really useless haha but i cant find anything of it in google do you have much luck?
