I have a certain pet name I want in the purge that my main/gallery is also based on, but unless there some kind of cheat program for the purge pretty sure I won't get it ;(

Cheaters or not, during the last purge I legitimately got a really decent username. I probably had 7 or 8 people NMing me, sort of a half "I hate you/Congrats" that had been stalking it. I assume there's some sort of way to autocreate names as they become available? I know for Instagram there is because people always try to trick me into changing my name.

If it's frozen for your protection, just harass 'em. I copied and pasted a message and just sent it every time I remembered to, probably every 5 hours or so on facebook. I'm a closet-player or I'd have just blown up their wall too. I got unfrozen within two days the last time I was frozen for my protection. (and it wasn't that long ago.)
as much as I complain, I do think they're getting better about unfreezing people/responding to tickets.
