i appreciate the advice but really online debating isn't my thing at all! in fact its got to be one of my least favorite things ever.
i think i'll just keep floating around here, posting to hobby-related discussions and spam threads, and if i don't end up with any popsicles, well, que sera sera

I adore the popsicle user bars! I hope to unlock one or hopefully more, but my question is about a user bar I just saw existed. A poo rhythm game one where its cheering you on like "poosome!" Or w/e it says. How do I get dat 1 because as a secret rhythm game junkie my soul has a hole in it until I get that user bar hahaha. Any tips appreciated <3333

As kittyray said, you get that by scooping ryugotchis poop! The current (and so far seemingly correct) assumed amount is around 1500.
Most of the userbars solutions are on the main post of this thread, so you can peek there whenever you are not sure. And if you have any questions, asking here like you did ^^
