I suppose i right just play around with my availability and see how it goes for now. I gave away a lot of my shifts and now they only scheduled me for 20 hours, now I'm kind of sad and want all the hours back.

ok so i have 4 classes with labs (usually 5 but lol fuck my gpa right now) and i gym min 3/4 days a week and i work 1 or 2 shifts a week at my job. Tbh that is super stressful and i wouldnt recommend it on anyone. I know a lot of people who do wayy more than me, but like you gotta have your down time too ya know?
I would cut your gym time down, like you dont need to go that much, 4/5 times is sufficient, and you arent gonna notice a difference in your gains if you dont go as much. Just eat properly on your days off.

This is your first year, and it is gonna be a huge adjustment so I would be prepared for that. You will find your groove soon enough.

Ive noticed as well it completely depends on your degree (dont fight me ppl pls), but like a lot of my friends taking stereotypically easier majors have a lot more free time and gym/work more then those who are in harder majors with labs etc. Its all a juggling act unfortunately.

also apparently i cant speak english right now, so sorry about my illiterate message.

I agree w/ @(you need an account to see links). Maybe you should reduce your time at the gym cause 1.5 - 2 hours is a lot. I usually only work out for one hour and still get a great workout.

I'm taking 5 classes, starting to train for a new job, involved in extracurricular activities at school, and try to workout. It's seriously a struggle but I don't want to give up working out. It makes me feel great. Maybe make a calendar/schedule so you can figure out times to study and incorporate workouts as well, for your work/school schedule.

I used to have 5 classes at school, work out 6 days a week for 2-3h, and then I was serving like 3 days a week, around 18-20h. That was more than enough. I made $1000 more or less, but i only paid $250 for rent. If my rent was $500 or more like now, then Id probably have 4 shifts a week.

But also I needed around $1000 because I have a car with expensive insurance, also Im a girl, so here and there I do nails and lashes... I mean, 18-20h would prob be enough. It gave me enough time to study for sure, if thats your concern. And I finish college with an A.
