I think it's fair to call someone out on cheating if they're an asshole on the site who hates on cheaters on site. For example: mario. If he wasn't a conceited bitch about all things cheating on site, I wouldn't give a shit if he cheats or not. It's not the fact that he cheats that we don't like, it's that he blatantly hates on cheaters and makes us sound bad on neo. That's the kind of person who deserves to get frozen whether he cheats or not.
