I love Supernatural, but hate literally everything after Swan Song (season 5 finale). (Except Charlie. Charlie's great.)

I also refuse to believe Jo and Ellen died. They just didn't.
I hate Crowley, and most of what Dean has become. I'm Team Sam all the way, and was really hoping they had worked with Abbadon to kill Crowley. It just would have worked better long-term in my opinion.

Going back to this post. I've seen spoilers for the last season. I'm never picking this show up again. Fuck the writers. Why kill off the only good character left on the show?

I haven't been able to keep up since mid season 6 I think. Has it just been downhill from there or is there a redeemable season somewhere along the way?
I miss how it was a perfect mixture of funny and scary (IT'S SCARY TO ME OKAY) but it just got too much at one point.

Season 6 is where I originally started, but I've recently watched the preceding episodes. Some cool stuff happens in the later seasons that you're missing out on in my opinion... including prophets and household chores!
