Even if they suspect drazu is guilty, they still cannot ban him simply based on what they think.

But therein lies a portion of the issue here. TNT has repeatedly acted on a "freeze first, ask questions later" basis. With many events and incidents, they have treated users as if they were guilty, until they proved themselves innocent. But with certain users, they have been treated "fairly" in the respect that they are constantly protected and looked at as innocent, even with reasonable doubt present.

You don't need to vehemently despise Drazu and want him and his grandmother frozen to realize that it is still rather unfair.

Well, Tony is making the right call. They cannot ban a user based on claims, especially claims made against said user on a website outside of neopets. TNT needs real, solid evidence. We are subjectively viewing drazu as guilty because we trust Joe's word, neither of us personally have any other evidence against him. TNT has to view the evidence objectively. Even if they suspect drazu is guilty, they still cannot ban him simply based on what they think.

Also there is no proof he used the items or bots on his main. Could easily been used on a side or a shell that's long since been frozen...

I've never had any problems with Tony P. He unfroze a few of my accounts where I didn't provide him with the proof i needed or used the account for cheating. He can be an asshole but hes pretty nice and awesome when he wants to be. Maybe it depends on the mood hes in but hes always been good to me
