Help with 11th grade geometry.

I need to find the area of these objects:


5. A regular heptagon with a side of 7 inches

6. A trapezoid where the height is 18 cm, base 1 = 16 cm and b2 = 8 cm.

7. A trapezoid where the height = 7 mm, base 1 = 26 mm and base 2 = 9 mm.

I know I have to split them up. But somehow I always end up getting the wrong answer.

To find the area of a trapezoid, you have to take the sum of its bases and multiply it by the height, and then divide the result by 2.


5. 178,06 inches squared

6. 216 cm squared

7. 122,5 mm squared

Totally, sorry for the typo! It's definitely squared and not cubed.
