Active UCs are incredibly hard to sell and not even close to being considered safe. I would say a QS for 20$ if vwn
I've seen too many buyer/seller accounts get frozen very quickly as a result of trading active UCs. In my book there are no semi-actives, sorry, but only active pets and inactives. Good luck selling it but I'd recommend you just let the pet lie low for a while.
