2 months later - New support system better?

Both Tony and Alice have told me to go F myself over my tickets. I suppose I'll try again with the new system. I was holding out in hopes of them hiring new support staff first but I guess I won't hold my breath.

I got a newish staff member who pre much gave me a stern no on my acc.

I just got back my side account, after getting back my main a month ago.
Both were frozen for about 5 years. And both times it was Tony.

It only took me a few weeks to get back my side account that got iced, so the new system I think has been waaay better so far.
