This person has done other things that imply that they have this sort of access. I believe they once changed a header on a page on site that everyone could see.

How long ago would that have been? The admin section has been behind Azure login since the last time a portion of it was accidentally left in the staging area, but that happened a few years ago. Are we supposed to believe that somebody allegedly demonstrating a "hack" during a time of rampant vulnerabilities has unlimited access for life? If so, then why are they using unlimited access to rile up the Neopets community by dumping vague statistics about contests? At what point do any of us go from vigilante justice hackers to plain ol' disreputable cheaters? I'm looking to trade up!

I don't know any specifics, that's just what I've seen from going through their reddit history, among with other exploits. I've checked the shells they called out and they all do have Mystery Pic trophies on them, so I doubt they're just making stuff up.

If my fiction books have anything to say, the difference between disreputable cheating and vigilante justice is in how much of the spoils one keeps for themselves. Where that line is, if it is a hard line, well, that's beyond me

This was pretty recent, about the same time as the most recent time the BD went down.
He did change the Pound Chat's neoboard title (I think) to something like "ask neotruths" or similar.

They either froze, or the user self-froze, a lot of the user accounts that were obvious sides with the 1/2/3 etc. at the end of the username, but I am uncertain if they froze any of the other multi-accounts since neotruths didn't reveal those usernames lol.

TNT doesn't really seem to care about cheating anymore, which has its upsides and downsides. Less risk of getting frozen but makes some of the end goals almost impossible through gatekeeping and intentional inflation, unless you feel like joining a clique that reminds me of Mean Girls
