She didn't invent the UC Trading but,
her guide (modified by polls/votes) stated UC Tiers based in rarity and the PC interest in each one of them. Padfoot didn't state anything there, she just gathered the information and opinions to categorize them, so people can 'value' their UC Pets easily.

She also didn't create the guide, think she just took over Sarah's guide (Za), who took it over from Kiruza (?) which was based on something else (Cow?) Might be getting the latter two mixed up
