    Hmm maybe your blood vessels are swollen @(you need an account to see links), they say steam helps! Boil some water and breathe in with your nose and out from your mouth, don't get too close or you'll burn yourself. Never tried myself tho, tell me if it works!

    Steam helps to loosen all that gunk up. Take a hot shower, fill a sink with hot water and put your face over it with a towel over you to trap the steam, carefully breathe in steam from a kettle. It all works quite well actually. Need a lot of tissues ready though lol.
