When do you think JS will sell Neopets?

Well generally in order to sell a company you need to be able to prove its profitable. If you don't think JS is making money, nobody will buy it (because they'd lose money).

I think they bought the site just to own the intellectual property rights to the characters and that sort of stuff. They don't really give a shit if the site dies.

people pay for a premium membership and go nuts for nc stuff, trust me, they earn way more than the older owners, sides, the site doesn't cost jac shit to have up, it hasn't really even changed, same content, hardly new stuff, only thing JS had made is make it profitable for them. If they are selling it, i doubt it will be now.

Rather than everyone just assuming Premium and NC bring in any massive amount of money, everyone should take a look at the actual statistics and then make an educated guess from there.

Some interesting figures there. They were in the hole when they started. Financially, at least, things are more or less improving.

Yeah I saw that. At first I thought "Wow, they must've been hemorrhaging money somewhere", but then I realized it's revenue, not profit, so that figure doesn't really make sense. Was looking for a more in depth financial report on Neopets, Inc, but all I found were sites that make you pay to read them, and.. fuck that. Whatever.

Perhaps that's with the switch of ownership? That might be what's skewing the data. There's no other explanation that I can think of for that drastic of a change
