I have received that messafe for the compromised pet in the past. It ain't new.

Though this seems shady. I wonder if it was a TNT Staff member or if it was someone else.

As far as I know, they don't look on accounts that have been frozen over 6 months ago. Fucking Tony.

I don't think it's a set time...if they like you they'll unfreeze stuff from longer ago than that, if they don't want to deal with you they'll make up whatever excuse.

So basically it all goes back to Tony being an ass?

What's the reason of the account being frozen?

Thanks so much that I actually traded all my semi-legit pet

Maybe he broke a deal with Tony to get is account back.
Not sure why he was frozen, don't know the dude, but maybe he said to snitch
on a couple people to get the account back. I call bullshit on them randomly responding
    to a ticket from 2012.

It's definitely possible. Earlier this year, TNT unfroze an account of mine that was frozen over two years ago, and they also returned another account that was stolen over five years ago! They apologized for not looking into my accounts sooner.

A few others have made similar boards, actually. One was up on the PC for like five minutes the other day as well, before they left. I am probably getting too excited here and jumping to conclusions, but I think Jumpstart might have gotten staff to look into old tickets and begin to work on unfreezing people that did not have plausible cause of being frozen.

Or I just really want my old, hacked account and UCs back lol.

Tnt took some stuff away from someone on the ncc a few weeks ago that they had for years telling them the items were from a compromised account and they got nothing back none of this is surprising at all they are just fucked up. The stuff was in her closet and on her pets and they just took it and were like too bad. Why they can't replace items from so long ago I dunno but they are total pick and choosey pricks.

    Thumbs down

Is jumpstart making a good...headstart on the tickets?

Forgive me. I'll go die now.

Yes, either way, TNT is really biased when it comes to these tickets. It's like they just pick at random which ones to do and which ones not to even bother with. I've had many accounts frozen for my own security because I used to have stupid passwords. And a few got frozen on the same day. I got one back and the other two sat as tickets for a year and literally on the 366th day I got a reply that it was over a year and they couldn't help me. lmao

I've seen that happen a lot of time its their own fault for letting it sit so long too no matter how much users send in tickets about it. I wonder if they just do that so they can use it as an excuse to get out of actually doing their job properly?
