I've been sitting here going through my inventory and suddenly I was hit by an idea. But before I decided to act on it, I wanted to make sure it was not only "not forbidden" but a wise thing to do.
I have a few accounts that I want to get rid of in more of a lottery type setting. Since auctions are not allowed anymore and I don't really have a price on them, I thought this might be a good way to try and give people a chance to get an account for much less than they would pay on the open market.
Set up 10 slots at $5 ea. People can buy an unlimited amount of spaces and choose the ticket numbers based on availability. Using a random number generator, let it choose a number and the person with the winning ticket gets the account details.
Is something like this alright to do? What are your thoughts about it?

It's not really a auction it's more of a raffle. I'd ask the mods before doing anything.
Auctions would require you to bid on the account against others. This being a lottery, there's the chance you take with it. All or nothing. If there's a great incentive I think it will work but otherwise idk if people would offer $5 on the possibility of getting a shell or nothing at all lol

It would not be a shell. All details would be clearly written out before the lottery began so there would be no confusion on the kind of things you'd be getting.

When advertising this i would list whats all on the account to make it seem more enticing to users to want to give it a shot. because after all there is a 9/10 chance they will not get the account.
