Lets say I have a bd pet with 1400+ hsd.What uc would be considered a "fair" offer for this pet? I want to buy an uc pet and make it basically look like a legit trade so as not to compromise an account I have.Would be a good idea or no? I figure it would look less suspicious than an uc pet suddenly popping out of nowhere on an account.

Not sure on UCs but definitely don't go to the PC with an UC and not that known account there. The people there are meh and report users.
BD pets have deflated some what due to birthday cupcakes, FQC, free dubloons and more

Personally I'd stay away from the PC altogether and just buy the UC pet you want
Yes but the account is stalked even off the pc due to the nature of its name so I don't want to do anything to compromise by having an uc pop up and people who are watching it mail me asking why.
I believe it can go higher than a uc were O_o

It can go a lot higher than a UC Werelupe. I'd saw low-tier UC Faeries, if the BD pet is WN. If it's an uneven BD lab rat with a bad name, then I'd say Werelupe if you're lucky.
