When you have an account with around 750mil.. but apparently it's underage so you can't send anything as NF, NM anybody or chat on boards to look for a trade.

Nope. Never had that problem xD Lol it'll be some almost-billionaire 9 year old somewhere
But you could look at this 2 ways:
1- it's gonna be a pain in the ass to find people to sell you stuff
2- The owner can't neomail or tell anyone that they've been hacked after you've taken what you needed

My only guess is that it was one of those accounts that TNT maybe changed the bday on, I've heard of them doing stupid things like that in the past. But I didn't realize it at first, then went to send an item and got that... WTF moment going. lol

try this:
go in an account that can see the boards. compose the board in that account. all in the same browser. Log into the underaged account and try to post the board.
I used to do this all the time when I was genuinely underaged. it used to drive people crazy when they couldn't neomail me.
