Very much so! It is sad. On top of that Bilge Dice and kads have been taken down as well due to people abusing the glitch :K

more like since late october/november. It just wasn't as bad then.

Yes. This lag has been a recurring issue. This lag is tolerable considered to the worst ones a month back
