If I'm not mistaken deleting the "official" userlookup may be a freezeable offence, even if you replace it with the same things.
Not that I have ever seen that being enforced, but it's just something to keep in mind.
on the rare occasion that it IS enforced if it's a first offense they just clear the coding and issue a warning anyway.
I do believe you can shift the list so it always starts in a certain position by adjusting the margin, but the pets themselves always show up in alphabetical order.
As a last resort if you have converted pets you could replace one with an identical pet with a different name but that's probably not worth it.
