It would be nice if JS would give updates to us about why this is happening. I think most people would appreciate that. Not that they actually will, but still.

I'd be happier for:
1 weekly update with content instead of daily
1 event per holiday (easter, christmas ect)
1 plot a year (doesn't have to be big)
Revamp of the AC/update it
update the security of the site
discard the captchas

This. x1million. Neopets needs to drop like 50%+ of it's current features. Go back to the bare bones and rebuild from the ground. Who else remembers when the game room was one shitty little shelf? I mean at least it was functional. (you need an account to see links)

They need to stop producing new content and just fix what is currently needed for the site to function. Bank, Shops, Trades, a few games, less than 5 Neoboards. Bye-bye Keyquest, Neohomes, hell even the Battledome in its current state needs to be just whiped out of there. Fix the lag, fix trophy awarding glitches. Maybe release a new plot some ways down the road and try to rebuild what is left of this community.

Honestly, just Facebook and Twitter. I'm not sure Neopets uses other socialmedia sites or if they even should use any others. But they could update from there, appologize to the playerbase etc.
Theres just a lack of communication towards the players of neopets imo.

I think we all knew how broken Neo was when JS took it over. JS is probably just barely getting into all of the stuff Viacom did.

I also believe that most of the irritation is their inability to communicate to its userbase about the things that are going on. People would be a lot more understanding (minus the money part, they're just asking for a lawsuit by not giving NC/Premium features) if they knew what was going on with the site and why things are so broken.

However, it's never been Neo's style to communicate anything. It's just sweep it under a rug and people will move on.
