Ah well, can't say I blame these people. I'd be pissed too if someone was charging me for a service I cancelled then refusing to give me a refund.

They'll likely settle out of court I reckon and this will just blow over

I know there was a problem with their payment portal in which users would get billed auto renewal even after canceling their subscription. How long did this go on and when was it fixed?

I would assume they would settle out of court as well, simply give back the money that was charged. Possibly a hefty fine to go along with it though.
