Ill have what ever you're smoking for sure
Maybe some sleep or not getting enough sun?
Id take advantage of my hand if it wasn't feeling like my own.

I dunno does anyone else get this? I sort of...I don't know my hands suddenly don't feel like mine? Like it feels there's a delay between me and my hands and they feel sort of different. I've no idea how to describe the feeling but it's very weird and happens at the worst times. Sometimes if I'm driving my hands just feel like the don't belong to me and I worry if I need to make a quick action they won't respond. I shake them and my arms, and that gets them back so maybe it's a circulation thing. I dunno. XD Anyone else ever feel like that?

Sounds like depersonalization or extreme fatigue/anxiety
Do they feel numb? Like intense carpal tunnel? If it feels like potentially a circulation thing, perhaps you can start hand and wrist stretches. Twice a day would really help. I deal with carpal tunnel from my job and usually 2-3 of my fingers will go numb, although sometimes all the way up to my elbow feels like jello, if I've had my arm kinked at all.

See I have mild carpal tunnel and wear wrist braces at night, do wrist stretches and it never feels like this. Like they're not numb or achy, and there's no pain or tingling, it just like...I don't recognize them. I'm worried it's some kind of disassociation, and might be mental or neurological. Like they still work and do stuff normally but I dunno. It's almost impossible to describe, it's like they'd float away if I let them. XD
I had a loss with my hand a while back for using this tablet for so long

Yeah, not wrong, I've got an appointment for my physical set up, I was wondering if it was something other people experienced. It's a bit, odd. It might be a problem with sleep. But I dunno, it comes and goes.

Yeah? Hm, I'll ask the doc about it.
Definitely get it checked out, you don't want it causing a problem (while driving, like you mentioned)!
see a doctor asap before it gets worse. really.
