Frozen

Okay, so I just searched one of my accounts and it was frozen, I have absolutely no idea why, after searching that one I noticed another of my accounts was frozen. Thing is I haven't been on these accounts in about a month. Does anyone have any idea what could have happened? They were both high end accounts, I don't know where to start, one of them had premium payed for a year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well less than a month ago a hacker got in and froze a shit load of people. That could have been it ):

One of them I literally bought, logged in once, then never again. It was fine a couple of days ago, and the other I used as a main for a while and had a UC pet on it but made a new account and haven't touched it since. It was fine a few days ago as well.
