    I called my bank and had them cancel the payment. I got refunded when Neopets charged me for premium on my old account after it was frozen It solved the problem as I was never charged again

    Not certain if you ever got this resolved properly, or not. Thus, I'll add what I learned today in dealing with this very problem.

    First, I found the email invoice I received after signing-up for Premium.

    Hi ,

    Congratulations and thank you for signing up for a Neopets Membership! Your payment has been processed and your membership has been activated.

    Here is an overview of your information:

    Membership Plan:
    Reference Number:
    Email:
    Neopets Username:
    Billing Address:
    Payment Method:

    If you would like to make changes to your membership, please go to Manage Membership.
    <--- Seems IMPOSSIBLE to do once the account is FROZEN, yet I tried it, and SURPRISE!! Couldn't log on. I know... Imagine that -smh-

    Your Membership is subject to the Neopets Membership Rules. Please note, for your convenience, after your membership period ends, your membership will be automatically renewed using your credit card or PayPal account on file.

    I then sent a reply email to the above email address, and one to (you need an account to see links), both requesting a closure of my now frozen/nonexistent neopets premium account.

    Soon after, I received these following:

    So, tomorrow, I shall phone the number provided 1 (877) 636-7426 and notify them of my intent to cancel their "premium service."

    Afterwards, I shall call my cc company and notify them of my desire to cancel payment any future reoccurring charge from Neopets.com, or any such related entity.

    Arguably, I can only imagine that it might be easier to quit a street gang, than escape the reoccurring fees of Neopets Premium.

    I hope it all worked out for you, @(you need an account to see links), and to anyone else who might have stumbled into this Neopets Premium "quicksand."
