Weird question, still want to ask it though.

    Yeah so I'm wondering:

Does anyone know this T*NY P.'s work schedule? lol
I remember hating that fucker when I was a kid, and I've just been reminded why.

    * used because I don't know how this thing works. Do the people at neo know of this site?
I'm assuming so, it seems pretty professional as far as cheats go.
I just don't want to trigger any searches or whatever haha

There are a couple people who look at tickets, there is no guarantee whether he works or not that he will be the one to take care of your tickets. Also, he is kind of a hard ass when it comes to tickets so I don't know why you would want him specifically.. no one is going to know his schedule because no one has a reason to want to. They take months and months to answer tickets. They all probably have millions of them still waiting in line to even be looked at. Just submit your ticket and hope he gets it I guess..

Submitting your ticket on a different day/time doesn't matter. Tony P. is becoming more reasonable with customers and what not as long as people have the proper information. Just complete all the areas of a ticket and submit it, then play the waiting game.

No no, I want to know when I can send them so I don't get him.

Every single ticket I have ever sent, but one, has been handled by him. Even all those years legit and I never once was helped by that guy.

Edit: Months? He's always answered my tickets within a day usually. Maybe he has my account flagged? That would be /wonderful/

And again.. several people do it and they sit around for months. There is not a single thing you can do to guarantee that it will or will not be him.

I've heard tales of users translating their tickets into another language to bypass him.

You can try to ask in your ticket or in a direct mail towards TNT other then Tony to view your case. My ticket once got answered by Tony with the most ridiculous respons a man good give and I resend that mail to TNT asking if someone other than Tony could review my case. I then got Tres E. (not that it helped tho...)

You used to be able to do this, but now its possible to get a response to the effect of "sorry, because this account does not appear to be in the native language we cannot provide help" or something like that, and then they just redirect you to the english site. TNT wised up to it a little.
