    Out of curiosity, has anyone gotten accounts that were frozen for err selling or buying pets (I forgot what the exact message is), unfrozen? Especially with the new system? If so what did you do and which staff member did you get? I'm guessing it'd be impossible with tony.

    I actually got a response to my ticket by the next day. I guess I was lucky though.

    I attempted to get my account which was frozen for selling nps unfrozen, after a couple days I got a response saying that they cant unfreeze accounts frozen for that reason under any circumstances. idk if thats true or they just didnt want to unfreeze mine though haha

    I've had tickets go months unanswered and others answered within a weeks time. Definitely feels like the same as before but now you don't get to see whether they're "working" on it or not!

    With the new system, you can get your account back if you've been accused of buying/selling NP/items/pets. Act innocent in your ticket and the more time that has passed, the better. If you get Tony you're not out of luck, but he may wipe the account of all NP, items, paintbrush clothing, and convert UC pets. It's seems to be the standard "get your account back" protocol.
    I don't believe that they actually have information from the previous ticket system - they know why you were frozen (same error you get when logging in) but I think that is about it, especially if a decent amount of time has passed. I know people who have gotten their accounts returned in two weeks or less by playing dumb and taking the offer Tony gives.
