@(you need an account to see links) it's really not about how much you weigh so much as how you carry yourself. I know women who love their curves and wouldn't have it any other way! I also know some men who feel the same way about curvy women.
In the end it's all about how you feel. If you would feel more confident and healthy at a lighter weight, maybe incorporate some light exercise to your daily schedule. Unlike you I cannot run for the life of me, after a few minutes I'm dying, lol. I actually really like this one workout I've been doing on and off:

Yeah I've been getting on the treadmill for like 30 minutes for the past couple of days. Like 4 miles an hour maximum, but up to 15 percent incline. I prefer the higher incline and lower speed. It doesn't tire me out as quickly, and as far as I know, it's the better work out anyway.
