Would NoScript work on blocking said script?

Depends on your settings really, cross site scripting looks like legit script from neopets.com... so if you're allowing java from neopets.com, which basically we all are, then no not always. Noscript will block it only if you block all scripts from neopets.com, otherwise it gives you the bad with the good in my experience.
