so far i've been liking the dlc! it feels a bit grindy considering the stuff i want to do right away, but overall having a good time with it. havnt dove into the story much, hoping it meets my expectations!

I played a little bit yesterday, and going to play it all weekend. First impressions, love the old pokemon that have come back, HUGE bummer about all the legendaries being shiny locked. Time to shiny hunt a metagross.

Serebii coming through once again with the gift codes. Ngl, I have 156 hours in to shield and like 50 hours in to scarlet and I've only had my switch for 2 weeks... I'm halfway through indigo disc already

tonight i got my absolute number one favorite - a shiny bulbasaur :sob: caught it in a friend ball on my second try! childhood me is so over the moon rn

For those who have played the DLC, would you recommend it? I played through Violet when it was initially released, but I've been on the fence about getting the DLC, as I haven't really kept up to date with the game since I finished it

The honest opinion is, if you want to play for the story, you can probably pass on it as there isn't much. If you want to catch new and old pokemon, then I'd definitely recommend it as there's a LOT of that to do. It's quite buggy and laggy though, I don't know why they haven't fixed that.

Oh, wow. I would have thought they'd have fixed the laggy gameplay by now, haha. I mostly play the games for the Pokedex, more of a completionist style, so that definitely sounds up my alley. Thanks a bunch!

Oh yeah then definitely! I'm a complete compulsive Pokedex nerd, so it's a lot of fun for me even just roaming around and catching Pokemon.

The music in indigo disk is so good. Running around completing the dex is one of my favorite things to do, that, and double battling. It has been a lot of fun! The only thing that I'm a bit miffed about is the paradox pokemon and their availability to complete the dex. I neeeed that mark charm!

I've 100%'d the DLC, including all of the dex and challenges that are attached to SV in Home and I gotta say these games despite the glitchiness and lagginess have shot up to be dang near my favorite games. If it just had a LITTLE more polish Gamefreak would have something amazing on their hands here.
