I Taunt The Pant Devil avatar

I am trying to get the ITTPD avatar, jellyneo says I can do 9 Baby PBs, and I can't get it to work? I've refreshed a few times, I've also tried adding in a pant devil attractor. I'm positive I don't already have it, what am I doing wrong?

yeah if you definitely don't have it yet, just keep refreshing it should come up

That one took me a few refreshes, however the Mootix avatar took me FOREVER!!!! Good luck!

ITTPD took me roughly 150 refreshes. I was highly frustrated.

Anyways, yeah it's random however many refreshes. Drackonack took me DAYS of straight refreshing.
