Are they more likely to overlook the inactive pets or items on my account if I'm currently paying for it? What's you guys's experience with that?
Nope.
I've talked to people who've never been premium, never paid a single red cent to NP, cheat and are still playing.
I've talked to people who've bought hundreds of dollars of NC/Premium and they got iced.
My main was iced about two weeks ago, it was premium. I don't think they really care (although they should!)

So I've been sorta out of the cheating loop for a year and am just now getting back into it, is it still the case that your chances of being frozen are almost none so long as you are not reported? It used to be that TNT would only look into your pets/accounts if they were directed to it.
As long as you're not being openly stupid (like cheating at unrealistic speeds, logging into lots of accounts without a VPN/not clearing your cookies frequently, flaunting newly purchased UCs or throwing high-end items up out of the blue), TNT won't check you out unless you've been reported. Oh, and if there's too much suspicious activity on one account (such as having lots of items/pets being sent to it), TNT might pay a visit for that too.

Well, Ive been iced/warned a lot of time while I played on and off.
The only account that got quick responses regarding anything and even uniced on a fair icing was the one that had a history of premium+nc purchases.
Even got an older main of mine uniced after yrs through it

When it comes to this stuff though, take it with a grain of salt.
I know of a lot of people who have premium, and are illegit fuckers but haven't been iced. Even if they've been called out.
I know a lot of cheaters who have bought Premium and a lot NC and have ended up frozen.
Hell, I myself bought a year of Premium (meant to buy the 1 month :K) and ended up iced not even a week later.
More or less in my opinion, it depends on how safe you are about doing everything.
If TNT see's 500m of items and 4 previously inactive UC's on your account within a 2 month span, you're going to get iced the first time you get reported.
If you move one UC ever 4-6 months, items over the span of weeks/months, you're more keen to being safe.
NC and Premium don't play a huge factor as far as I'm concerned. It's more about how safe the stuff you're buying is, and how safe you are about moving things to your account/how much you move to your account.
