update: i went to at least 5 different boards & interacted with between 5-10 Ryu's (one poor ryu had 4 poops!) and still not Surf's Up

It totally is! Congrats on your new background!
There is also another new one, Moon Walker, seems the same for others as well! Everyone going about their evening and *poof* another background to work out the details for! ^^


Also, all of these scenes are totally different places. The moon is also pretty far. We also watch our Ryu's walk back and forth when we are online? Wonder if the steps taken could tally up somehow to unlock backgrounds? Walking to new scenes?
Though I guess that doesn't explain the ones awarded before eggs even hatch. So maybe not. Hm.

Feel free to sus out my activity since I don't tend to post much because social anxiety
I interact with ryus mostly in the late afternoon / early evening, but not too late at night (I'm usually in bed before midnight nst).

Based on Bat's wording that we're all getting them, but some sooner than others, some of the backgrounds might be related to number of interactions with the ryus? As those who interact often will reach the needed requirements faster than those who only interact casually. Or maybe it could be related to how long we've had our ryus? Though some people had multiple backgrounds with their eggs, so idk x-x
