I was reinstated after 'purchasing items/neopoints' but it was quite some time ago, and i don't remember much about the ticket process.
They removed quite a few things from my account, and pressured me to name my sellers, but I ignored it.
Got my iced main account back, twice, the first time after accidentally SS an impossible score (I was super lucky here), the second time after buying a UC pet and transferring it to my main (even though I waited like ages). Both times I wrote as sweetly as I could, emphasized how much future money I was going to spend on premium & NC, and lied through my teeth about everything else. I knew all the account details and everything though !! TNT asked me to tell them who I got the 'bought pet' from, but I didn't tell them and insisted I traded fairly for it. I never got the UC pet back though, it went back to it's original account which remains frozen to this day.

Yes they did, and all my pets.
I was once frozen for cheating and all they did before I was allowed the account back was remove half of my bank and half of my items.
Then they just gave back my account
The items and np were legit but whatever makes them happy I guess.
Good luck
If you can provide VERY specific details that are out of the scope of your regular info (ie: pets made, NC logs, etc) on top of the basic info, I've found you have a pretty decent shot at them at the very least believing the account is yours. Details that have helped me in the past include:
>recent Neoboard posts
> Things you last fed your pets
>are your pets in the Neolodge? What hotel, and how many days?
> any submitted COPPA form?
>do you know what IP the account was made under (DB leak can tell you this)
> latest submitted scores
> newest obtained avatars
>painted/labbed pets, and dates
They're things that they may not necessarily have on record, but they're still so oddly specific that they'll believe you. I got back an account I hadn't accessed in over a damned decade that was frozen for my protection and had no attached email, knowledge of birthday or password, and was still able to get back by telling them about some goofy story directory I was submitted in when I was like seven.
Best of luck to you!
