On the (you need an account to see links) it shows you only have 4. iirc it counts each gift of rep as one regardless.

@(you need an account to see links) If you look at the very first post in this thread the method for obtaining the Vaporwave userbar will become clear. Just make sure that key genre word is in the title.

Top poster is for the #1 top poster and -I think- awards it once per day, like you have to be in that #1 position for over 24 hours. Not quite sure on that part, but I recall it not being instantaneous. The tracker on the main page for what's new and what's hot is for over the past 30 days, so you'd need to be at the top of that list.

Top poster is once per day but you need to reach a certain threshold of posts on the leaderboard as well

Adding to what @(you need an account to see links) said, I'm also pretty sure it only counts one rep+ giving a day. So even if you give 2, if it's in the same day, only one is counted towards the userbar count.
I'm not 100% sure about this but I remember seeing it happen in the past for me.

Any received rep counts so I’d be surprised. I think I recall seeing - and I could be wrong so please correct me if so - that repping Bat/J03 didn’t add to the total given? It would make some level of sense to help encourage other creatives, BC voters, script writers etc on CK.

I have no idea if giving more than 1 rep point for something super extra awesome counts as that #. I think that might still be counted as one instance of repping.

I know for sure that giving more than one point only count as 1, because it's number of times given, not number of points given.

As for the first thing you said... maybe! I remember giving out +rep two different times in the same day and only one of them counted, but I don't remember who I gave the +rep too. Maybe giving it to users like j03/Bat doesn't count... I can't tell for sure though.

I see the +rep bars as something you just earn over time.

Just rep people when they deserve it and you will get the bar in due time
