This song, every time.
I can make it to the "I'm an artist, and I've still got songs in me yet, and I'm frightened to death you'll forget, don't forget, don't forget me." and then I start wailing.

I have a remix of this song that I play sometimes in my cycling classes (I'm an instructor) and the drop fades into that part at the end with the live audience singing the "lights will guide you home, & ignite your bones, & I will try to fix you" part and it's SUCH a good remix but that specific part - to hear a live audience singing exactly what I need to hear right after insane physical/mental exertion - gets me EVERY dang time. I just have to black out the lights & not talk or I know I'll be a snotty mess. Just this concept that even in the midst of struggle and discomfort and just being completely physically and emotionally drained... something, someone, cares about guiding you home & fixing you.
This song makes me cry

But one that makes me cry every time, no matter my mood is 'Von' by Sigur Rs - it has no lyrics I can post as I am unsure whether he is singing in gibberish or a language I don't speak (I can't find any information on it anywhere regarding lyrics, and they do sing some of their songs as just noise). The title 'Von' means hope, but I always listen to the song and think of grief, and that sort of need to scream because of loss. It is a little long, but I hope you enjoy it.

Ugh, how could I forgot Sigur Ros?! I wanted an instrumental version of their song "Fljotavik" to be my processional song at my wedding. It's gorgeous, and the lyrics are all about sailing through a storm & then finding shelter (in another) to wait out the storm. I always felt that way about my husband - the calm to my storm. It's crazy to me that music can be so moving & so impactful emotionally/mentally even in a foreign (& sometimes - like you said - made up) language. I think some of their songs are genuine Icelandic and others are truly a made-up language/just noise, from the research I've done. But I have yet to NOT feel something when listening to their songs.
