As long as you have a phone number, you should be able to make them. If you've used your limit, I usually borrow someone's number, haha
I got a few in a giveaway but they all need phone numbers to create (hotmail). Is there a way around this I don't know about or are unregs a thing of the past?

With Hotmail, they almost never actually bother to confirm the number, so you can literally just type 123-456-7890 and they'll be like "Aight sure mate, here's your account"
If they ask to confirm, just switch up your IP and you'll be golden.

Not sure where you're form but here in England I can buy SIMs in shops for like �0.99. I always have a few handy for when I find unregs as my own number was used too many times on Hotmail/Yahoo etc. long ago.
I've not managed to find an online number/texting system that either Hotmail or Yahoo allow which sucks :/

Wait you can still make hotmail emails? I thought they stopped allowing the creation of @(you need an account to see links)e and @hotmail emails about 6 months to a year ago. I've personally tried and wasn't able to, my only option was @(you need an account to see links) (which blows as a domain handle). Maybe I need to set my vpn somewhere else?

Maybe if you could link up with one of those hotmail email providers both 24 hr ban and Phone verified and see if they would make them if you have a large amount for a premium?

Thank you all for the replies! I tried the online text stuff as well and everything was blocked. What happens if I use a good phone number that I don't have access to? I tried 123-456-7890 and it didn't accept that either.
Also my offer still stands if someone can make four emails for me... Would some NP help?
From when I made emails for my unregs they use a phone number to send you a code then you have to enter that code to proceed with creating the email. Seems to me that there is no way around not using your personal cell number. I also tried a mobile text app that gives you a new number and it wouldn't except that either sadly.
Hotmail tends to really like phone confirmation, annoyingly.
I would second the SIM method or looking up other methods of getting temporary-use, pay-to-use phone numbers; those might be a lot easier than shots in the dark. Especially since there usually is a texted activation code or other sorts of things involved.
Alternatively, if you just don't want to bother with hotmail/gmail, mail.com is a pretty alright option.
