What are your unpopular neopets opinions?

In game trading of high end items (retired stamps, rare plot prizes, old cove/ht...) is hell on earth. There is a smallish group (~50) of people that trade back and forth their items, waiting a few months/years to do so. Everybody hates everybody and you can't even trust your shadow because if you're out of this known people group and someone notices you have any certain item, you'll probably get reported to hell even when everything that is being traded is absolutely illegal.

Its like a never-ending cycle: we all know your item is illegal but we all look the other way until you just reject any trade or piss off some child and then you'll be reported and looked down upon. Nonsense.

And I absolutely agree: there should be a way to re-introduce old stamps and such. And also a new, real np sink. Dr Sloth auctions were great but only one were given at that time and one rich person would be even richer. Perhaps a really small, but announced, cove-like restock?

I loved the Dr. Sloth auctions, but I do agree that it only made the rich richer.
I would love to see them rereleased via Mystery Pic or something , or bring Lenny Conundrum back. It would cause some deflation and chaos, but I am a being of chaos.

I miss Neopets being a perilous place. Clicking around the site, you were just as likely to receive a random item (insanely valuable or otherwise) as some horrible creature stealing your items, infecting your pets with a disease or otherwise hassling you. I know a lot of users found some of those random events insufferable (Boochie comes to mind) but that element of surprise really did make the site feel like a living world. You wanted to explore but you had no idea what would happen if you did. That's exciting and interesting.

We really need more beings from the Gallery of Evil skulking Neopets, just waiting to mess with us in random events. We need more evil characters in general making havoc in the site so users can thwart them somehow.

Imagine if the RE that give you the BD challengers, just like... sucked you into a battle with them like a pokemon battle.

That'd be a cool feature since they spent all that time re-vamping the BD.

I can understand about many others.. but I'm wondering why UC Dari Wockies are so hyped? I feel UC and converted ones look pretty similar other than the direction change and the smile.

it's mostly the unique pose. uc darigan wockies were only released like 2-3 month before conversion, and they just look so much meaner/scragglier than converted darigan wockies.

UC Dari Wockies are super rare, they got released like...a few weeks before the conversion. So there aren't many of them floating around. And rare pets are prestigious.
Someone on the PC has been looking for a nameswap UC Dari Wocky for ages now, and I don't think they're going to find a trade if I'm being honest.
I think they're cool, but there are far more lower tier Darigans that are much better looking, in my opinion.
