Did it generate a lot of buildings at the beginning, or did it just make 1 house and then start doing the regular loops?

I'm pretty sure it generated all the stuff it needed to. The only time it gave me the text "didn't have the item, it'll be bought etc etc" was for the hospitals. Not 100% certain how many it got/was supposed to because I'm too lazy to remember, but I opened it up in my browser at one point and there were a shit ton of storages everywhere. I hope that answers your question well enough.

Just curious, how many nester and worker eggs will be stored in the inventory? Also, assuming the bot stores a maximum number of 3 nester eggs, will it keep 1 mootix, 1 larnikin and 1 pinchit? Or will it keep any random type of egg?
It stores 43 worker eggs and 3 nester eggs. It is species agnostic, so it will use whatever it gets.

Can I use this on a main with a few irreplaceable pets?
Don't cheat on an account with irreplaceable pets, shit happens. I was clean on my old main for around 3 years, ran a kad feeder on and off for 2 days and got frozen. I wouldn't risk it. Habitarium is a pain in the ass but it's something you can accomplish with relative ease on your own.
