Always remember to test proxys with whatismyip.com
And i personally use AnonymoX, an addon for firefox that gives you a few free IPs. You just turn it on and off. But well, i don't use proxys often x3

Does anyone have an opinion on free VPN programs? I'm currently using the free version of Hotspot Shield but find that half the time it connects to a US server and the other half a UK one, even though I always choose US. Are there an better ones? I'm a poor student so can't really afford to shell out on premium ones.
Before I became a broke bitch, I had bought the VPN service my antivirus, Avast, offered. It was $7 a month and it didn't give my real ID away on whatsmyip.
