Was wondering why it was going so slowly, so I spent the last hour disabling things from msconfig, running ccleaner, and deleting/uninstalling stuff from my computer (holy shit, I had a ton of random stuff. I had like 3-5 instances of various neo programs installed (dont ask me why, I used to not know anything about computer stuff and would download them multiple times lol). The speed increase after all that is insane 0_0
