The saddest part of this is that at the end of it all, apparently they think they were blameless
I understand how they might think so, it's ALL of our faults. They just posted submissions, we gave it the attention and posts. Kind of was just an outlet for people on the PC to be disgusting anonymously, people have even admitted in this thread that they submitted to the PCBL.

Anyone who partook in the blog/submissions/asks probably deserves a bit of blame, but they're absolutely not blameless. There have been court rulings regarding cases where websites selected among what posts were made for public viewing and which ones weren't (ie. censorship), and ultimately the website was blamed for content posted by others. Whereas in a similar case, except where the website didn't censor the posts that went up for public viewing, the website wasn't held accountable. I'll try and dig up the article where I first learned about the rulings.
Oh yeah, they're definitely not blameless, but I can see how they could rationalize it to themselves
