    I had the same frozen for suspicious activity message years ago but that was because me and my nerdy sister shared a laptop and played Neopets. I guess they thought I had 2 mains?

    Aww man I'm so sorry to hear that, it really sucks T__T I don't have much to say except to provide TNT with as much info as you possibly can (hopefully oodles and oodles of it) and seem very reasonable. Original email and all will be very important. I recently wanted an old account of mine back, one I had actually made myself and iced years ago, and although I had a decent amount of info about pets that were on the account, etc. etc. -- they would not return the account until I could prove I knew the original email (having access was even better). I thankfully managed to figure out what random email I used to create the account, but without it literally I would be screwed as the actual original owner. So yeah, hopefully you have the old email or access to the original email.

    you could create a new side with the same email (if you have it) and open an account there. Then spam everything
