    Birthday Crack

I decompiled the birthday cracking class of the birthdayCracker.jar that Joe posted.

I added some comment/notes for those of you who can't follow these things.

I had most of this working in vb; I just can't get the cookies to clear properly, when you get banned.

Let me know if you find a way around the IP ban, it seems to last 20 minutes. I can send about 2 months of tries and then the ban happens. I can continue using a proxy, just not really viable to embed an always working proxy (considering they get refreshed and blocked).

@(you need an account to see links) You never saw me join.

@(you need an account to see links) I haven't found a way around it. It looks like the .jar just clears the cookies and the ban goes away? But that doesn't work with my wrapper or in Firefox

I found the same thing, the strange thing is the ban only lasts 20 minutes (seems to be new. I talked to someone last night; said it was not implemented, when he wrote a java cracker). Did you try both sites, I get the same on both. I get 2 months and then banned, would be nice to at least get a year.

Same results as you. I think this "crack" is unreliable. At the rate of 2 months per 20 minutes, it would take 36 hours to guess 360 months (30 years).

    I'm not trying this anymore.
