I'd also like to see what you can do to improve neo instead of just complaining. But complaining is easier, right? \_(ツ)_/.

Sorry, that's all I have to add to this discussion.
Actually, not really. I just think it's cool to bring out the positive stuff JS HAS been doing in the site. It's easy to point the flaws and problems and everything they haven't dealt with or are in the process of fixing and the issues that is caused by them trying to do the right thing, and it's become basically the meme in Neo to point fingers at JS and say they are there to ruin the site and kill the brand and make off with the copyright and that's all, or whatever else people say. I literally hear it all day on the 'boards... TBh, THAT is depressing, because at this point is just a game of kick the dead horse, demotivate other players from playing by complaining all day about the site because you're too upset with it, dragging JS down for stuff that, at times, it's not even their fault, it is Viacom's short foresight while they owned it, that was just pushed off onto the shoulders of the small company to deal with. JS IS putting quite the effort into trying to fix at the best of their abilities what they can of the site, because they see that the site still has potential, because there's an active public, but if that public is demotivated from continuing in that site because of doomsayers who just go around saying about how there's nothing good left, how the site's done, it's dying, etc, etc, then the site will lose its public, and then, that's when Neo WILL die for real, and JS will have to give it up, and worse, incurring in losses on their company, too. So, yeah, the site has issues, but yet, first of all, they are not completely hindering to the use of the site yet, I mean, most features are still functional, second, JS's staff IS looking into them and trying to work a solution for them, and third, they have been getting better. So... Yeah, baby steps, things will get better, and people need to stop doomsaying unless you are actually wanting the site to die. And kudos for JS for doing those steps.

I do enjoy the little things they do. It shows they care about the site still and aren't trying to let it die. But yeah, like Memory said, the players are the ones keeping it alive, so if they keep on complaining constantly and not seeing any positives, they're going to get sick of the site themselves and probably demotivate others.

Just a realist. I guess you guys could be right though! New stamps are saving the website.
It's just a shame they're only making minor changes to marginally please their dwindling support base, when they've done almost nothing to try to increase user base in years.
Just sad as someone who loves the site as much as any of you to see it like this.
